Now Hiring: Restaurant Venue Manager – Paradiso Airlie Beach
Are you an experienced leader in hospitality with a passion for exceptional service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Paradiso Airlie Beach is looking for a dynamic and motivated Venue Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vibrant beachfront venue. Working within a family run business, assist working alongside owners to achieve their visions and values.
About Us:
Paradiso Airlie Beach is a stunning tropical venue located in the heart of paradise, known for its incredible atmosphere, premium food and beverage offerings, and exceptional service. We pride ourselves on delivering memorable moments for locals and tourists alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across bar, restaurant, and rooftop space
  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service
  • Manage bookings, inventory, assist with rostering & budgets
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a hospitality management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of budgeting, rostering, POS systems & rostering platform deputy
  • Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
  • RVML will be required, can obtain later if successful in position.
  • Minimum 12 months position
