SWOT Hospitality is excited to announce an opening for the position of Restaurant Manager at Parian Chronicle Destination by Hyatt in Paros. Key tasks and responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction. Develop and implement menus in collaboration with chefs, focusing on quality and seasonal ingredients. Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a motivated team. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to enhance profitability. Maintain high standards of health and safety, ensuring compliance with regulations. Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner. Conduct inventory audits and oversee supply chain management. Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere for both guests and staff. Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury or resort environment. Fluency in Greek and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Proven experience in financial management and cost control. Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a positive work environment. Willingness to relocate to Paros if not a current resident.
