Paya thai restaurant pty ltd is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our thriving establishment in Sturt, SA. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing business in the vibrant Hospitality & Tourism industry.
Key Duties
Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory management, budgeting, staff scheduling, and compliance with health and safety regulations
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue, improve profitability, and enhance the overall customer experience
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and job satisfaction
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions
Provide excellent customer service and handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
Required Skills
Qualification- At least Diploma in related fields
Experience - At least 3 years full-time work experience in the similar position
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, budgeting, staffing, and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances
A valid driver’s licence and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
