The position of Restaurant Manager is a fast-paced role that manages the daily front-of-house operations, including: Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction Overseeing the cleanliness of the restaurant and the safety of guests at all times Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food-handling procedures Assisting with interviewing, hiring, and training front-of-house staff All other duties as assigned Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent A minimum of 1 year of prior management experience in family or casual dining is preferred ServSafe Food Manager Certification is preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills Strong planning, problem-solving, and organization skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
