The Restaurant / Venue Manager role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage services at Mona Farm, Cedar Lodge, and Provisions Deli & Creperie and The Albion. This role ensures the efficient, friendly, and professional delivery of food and beverage services across all guest experiences, while maintaining quality standards and operational efficiency. The position also involves managing staff, coordinating events, maintaining relationships with suppliers, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
This is a permanent role located in Braidwood, NSW.

Responsibilities

ADMINISTRATIVE & MISCELLANEOUS DUTIES:

  • Perform administrative duties as required, including end-of-shift till reporting.
  • Ensure the continued implementation of policies and protocols to sustain future operations.
  • Assist with event and guest preparations, ensuring that all facilities and outdoor spaces meet required standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on maintenance best practices and safety protocols.

  • Support other responsibilities as assigned by Mona Farm management.
