We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the food service industry. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly.

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
• Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
• Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Conduct performance reviews
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
