The Role

We're looking for a Venue Manager with great energy, strong hospitality instincts and the ability to bring people with them.

This could be your first Venue Manager role.

You may currently be an Assistant Manager, Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leader who's already running shifts, developing staff and taking ownership on the floor — but you're ready for a bigger challenge.

You'll have experienced senior leaders around you, but you'll also be trusted to lead.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Running high-volume services across multiple hospitality areas
• Leading and motivating teams of approximately 20–25 during busy shifts
• Setting the tone and bringing positive energy to the floor
• Coaching supervisors, Assistant Managers and emerging leaders
• Maintaining strong service standards without losing the personal touch
• Managing guest feedback and resolving issues confidently
• Supporting rostering, labour and day-to-day operational performance
• Working closely with senior leadership to continually improve the operation
• Staying hands-on, visible and connected to your team
