We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of our flagship locations as we continue to refine and elevate our operations.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on leader to take ownership of day-to-day operations, develop a strong team culture, and drive service standards. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for operational detail, a passion for people development, and the ability to deliver consistent results in a fast-paced environment.
Note: This position is part of a planned leadership enhancement initiative. Discretion and professionalism are expected throughout the onboarding process.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and accountability.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational abilities.
  • Financial acumen: ability to manage labor, COGS, and P&L targets.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and committed to leading by example.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of hourly staff and supervisors.
  • Manage scheduling, labor, and inventory to meet financial goals.
  • Implement and uphold systems for service consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Address performance issues promptly and constructively.
  • Partner with ownership and the support team to execute improvement strategies and long-term goals.
  • Cultivate a positive and professional work environment aligned with company values.
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.
