SKILLS:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar establishment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during operations
