We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and become part of the Cicerello’s family.

🍽️ ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys the energy of a busy venue and knows how to keep things running smoothly when the pressure is on.

You’ll be responsible for leading our team, delivering exceptional customer service and making sure the restaurant is operating at its best — from the first coffee of the day through to the last table of the night.

⭐ SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a restaurant management or similar hospitality role
  • The ability to work efficiently and confidently under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of food & beverage, including coffee
  • Previous experience with POS systems
  • Experience rostering and managing a large team
  • Knowledge of stocktaking and food cost control
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
  • Great attention to detail
  • The ability to lead, motivate and support a team
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
  • The ability to maintain high standards from kitchen to table
  • Previous cooking experience is preferred, but not essential
