The Restaurant Manager is the person in charge of the Restaurant. Maintain complete control of the all operation at all times. Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
Will be responsible for the discipline of all the staff.
Must perform each duty and responsibility in a safe and satisfactory manner, whilst being customer and stakeholders focused.
