POSITION OVERVIEW

The Restaurant Manager leads the front-of-house team in delivering polished,personal,and professional service that reflects the elegance of the Richoux brand. Responsible for the smooth running of daily operations,team performance,guest satisfaction,and maintaining a well-presented and welcoming environment,the Restaurant Manager supports the General Manager in upholding high standards across all areas of the guest journey.

GUEST EXPERIENCE:

  • Lead the team in delivering exceptional service,always with warmth and professionalism.
  • Act as a visible presence on the floor,welcoming guests and responding to feedback.
  • Ensure every shift runs smoothly,with the team fully briefed and confident in their delivery.
  • Support signature touches and service moments such as patisserie service and cocktail special serves.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Supervisor or Restaurant Manager in a premium venue.
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Organised and calm under pressure,with excellent attention to detail.
  • Skilled in leading teams,managing service,and upholding brand standards.
