Description
  1. Set Sales Target of the Restaurant in Consultation with Management Time to Time.
  2. Design Budget and Purchase Plan to Achieve the Sales Target.
  3. Provide Monthly Projection of Revenue, Expenditures as well as Profit/Loss.
  4. Generating Profit and Loss Statement Monthly Basis or as Advise by the Management.
  5. Maintain and Update Necessary Data in the POS Software.
  6. Design Manpower Plan to Achieve the Business Targets on Time.
  7. Ensure Smooth Restaurant Operation by Resolving Necessary Issues on Time.
  8. Responsible for Maintaining High Level of Customer Service and Satisfaction.
  9. Ensure Required Compliance by maintaining Health, Hygiene, Safety, Security Standard
  10. Efficiently Delegate the Jobs and Responsibilities to the Restaurant Staff.
  11. Keep the Management Updated by Providing Required Reports on Time.
  12. Continuously Drive to Achieve the Business Target and Ensure Profitability of the Restaurant.
  13. Monitor and Review with Accounts so that Expenditures are Done within the Approved Budget.
  14. Supervise operation of restaurant to maximize profitability, minimize legal hazards.
  15. Plan Materials List suited to the restaurant and its clientele. Monitor the purchasing of supplies and perform frequent checks to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
  16. Work with management personnel to plan and organize restaurant events.
  17. Organize regular training of all restaurant staff concerning the menu, customer service, drinks list, opening & closing check list etc. for smooth restaurant operations.
  18. Deal with customer complaints in keeping with the company’s customer service ethos and methods.
  19. Comply with the Staff Code of Conduct and other HR Policies, Procedures.
  20. Manage staff disagreements, grievances and crisis situations according to the company’s staff code of conduct, procedures and relevant policies.
  21. Audit daily server and bartender shift reports, monitors cash transactions, builds cash banks, and balances tills at the end of each shift. Pulls daily labor and sales reports to complete daily manager logs. Analyze weekly inventory and monthly profit & loss (P&L) reports.
  22. Achieve the monthly target and grows the business through strategic partnership opportunities and community events. Organizes customer loyalty program, hitting enrollment goals. Fields special event inquiries and secures catering contracts.
  23. Works to inspire employees to do their best through onboarding, training, coaching, and supportive feedback. Creates weekly staff schedules and manages the complex details of shift swaps, new hire paperwork, cleaning schedules, and continuing staff development.
