We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Wine Bar | Full-Time Position
Are you passionate about wine, people, and great hospitality? We’re on the hunt for a reliable, driven Assistant Manager to join our tight-knit team at our beloved local wine bar.
About Us: We’re a small, locally-owned wine bar offering a carefully curated list of over 500 wines, as well as a top-notch selection of spirits and beers from around the world. We pride ourselves on quality, community, and creating a warm, welcoming space for our locals and visitors alike.

About You: You don’t need to be a sommelier (yet), but basic wine and beverage knowledge is essential — and we’re more than happy to help you grow and learn with us. More importantly, you’ll need:

• A genuine love for hospitality and connecting with people
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable attitude
• The ability to lead by example and support the team during busy service
• Willingness to set up and pack down the venue when required
• A hands-on, reliable attitude – you’re the kind of person people can count on
• Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in hospitality
