EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

SKILLS:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory, budgeting, and staff management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficient in restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Certifications: Food safety certification and Serve it right is essential.
