RESTAURANT MANAGER – SAILS LAVENDER BAY

Sails is seeking a dedicated and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. Located in the beautiful McMahons Point area, our restaurant offers breathtaking views of the harbour and the city skyline. If you’re passionate about hospitality and leading a team to success, we’d love to hear from you.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

Holds a relevant Diploma qualification and/or has 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Can multitask, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and remain calm under pressure
Is reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Maintains high standards of personal presentation and hygiene
Works well as part of a team and has a positive, can-do attitude
Is passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent customer experiences
Has a solid understanding of HACCP, Food Safety Regulations, and related requirements
Is flexible and willing to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of hospitality operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Manage food and beverage services while leading and supporting the management team.
Foster a high-performance service culture, driving revenue growth and controlling costs effectively.
Analyse performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Supervise daily operations, including staff rostering, cash and stock handling, sales targets, and restaurant presentation.
