Overlooking stunning Catseye Beach, Sails combines a relaxed, open-air atmosphere with refined dining and genuine, intuitive service. We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the Sails team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in one of Australia’s most picturesque dining settings. You’ll be the driving force behind daily operations, ensuring excellence in service, staff development, and overall performance. Your Role As Restaurant Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, leading by example to create a welcoming, high-performing team culture. You’ll bring strong leadership, a calm and confident presence, and an eye for detail that ensures every service runs smoothly. Where you’ll make an impact Lead, train, and inspire the Food & Beverage team to deliver intuitive, world-class service Oversee all operational aspects including service flow, staffing, and guest relations Drive a culture of excellence, teamwork, and genuine hospitality Work hands-on across floor and bar to maintain seamless service standards Monitor and manage budgets, stock, and financial reporting to achieve business goals Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times Continuously seek opportunities to elevate the guest experience and team performance What we’re looking for You’re an accomplished hospitality professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and leads with positivity and precision. You balance business acumen with a genuine passion for people and service.
