Location: Basel, Switzerland About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high service quality, and lead a motivated team. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience. Main Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain strong customer relations and continuously improve guest satisfaction. Supervise menu planning, food production, and hygiene standards. Manage orders, stock, and supplier relations. Lead, motivate, and develop staff while ensuring team discipline and performance. Monitor budgets, costs, and monthly results; implement corrective actions when needed. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene regulations. Handle invoicing, cash flow, and administrative reporting. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management. Proven experience in team leadership and operational oversight. Strong understanding of budgeting and cost control. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in French and English (German is an advantage). Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
