JOB SUMMARY

Scarolies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations . The ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership role and demonstrating exceptional leadership and customer service skills. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service , and overall guest satisfaction while managing a team of dedicated staff.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management with a minimum of Five Years Experience or a similar role within the food service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully. And assuring 100% customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in using POS systems; experience with Micros POS is preferred.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of restaurant operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
