Vito’s is building its opening leadership team, and we’re looking for experienced hospitality professionals who want to be part of something from the beginning.

We’re looking for leaders across restaurant management, wine and bar operations who are passionate about great restaurants, genuine hospitality and building strong teams.

About the Roles

As part of the Vito’s leadership team, you’ll work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership to establish the culture, standards and service style of the restaurant from day one.

Depending on your experience and area of expertise, opportunities exist across:

• Restaurant Management
• Assistant Restaurant Management
• Venue Sommelier
• Bar Management
• Maître D

What You’ll Do

• Maintain a strong, hands-on presence on the floor and lead from the front.
• Help establish and maintain Vito’s service, hospitality and operational standards.
• Lead, train and develop a high-performing team.
• Run busy services confidently and make strong decisions under pressure.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and create memorable experiences.
• Work collaboratively across the restaurant, bar and wine teams.
• Take ownership of your area while contributing to the success of the venue as a whole.
• Bring energy, organisation and attention to detail to every service.
