About Bangalow Chicken Shop

Bangalow Chicken Shop is a new neighbourhood restaurant in the picturesque town of Bangalow. The idea grew from the owners’ own experience as local parents looking for somewhere their families could enjoy quality, good-value food in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

We saw an opportunity to create the kind of place we wanted for ourselves: an easy family dinner, a satisfying workday lunch and a comfortable meeting place for the whole community.

Our ambition is to become a place Bangalow can rely on—serving quality food with genuine value, warmth and personality.

This is more than a chicken shop, as well as providing a classic high quality takeaway option, we will offer a unique dine in experience with wines, specials and chef menus.

The Role

As our founding Restaurant Manager, you’ll work closely with the owners to shape the team, culture, systems and customer experience from the beginning—and play a defining role in what Bangalow Chicken Shop becomes. 

Our first goal is to build a chicken shop that Bangalow genuinely loves. Once we get the model right, our ambition is to bring the concept to other local communities—and create exciting opportunities for the people who helped make the original successful.
