Prospects is a new Queenstown dining destination built around exceptional New Zealand produce, genuine hospitality and a strong sense of place.

Opening September 2026, we’re building our opening team and looking for talented hospitality people across both Front and Back of House who take pride in what they do and want to be part of creating something new.

We’re recruiting for:

• Front of House Waitstaff
• Chef de Partie
• Kitchen & Front of House positions across a range of experience levels

At Prospects, we care about the details. From the produce we choose and the dishes coming from our open-plan kitchen and wood-fired grill, to the way a guest is welcomed and looked after throughout their experience.
