Restaurant Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years of experience in management role in an organization.
• Experience leading and managing a team of employees.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multi-task under pressure and prioritize work effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operation. Assuring restaurant and staff are all in compliance with health standards.
• Create an atmosphere of teamwork.
• Ensures to a positive customer experience.
• Works with General Manager and other members of management effectively.
• 45-55 work week, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Competitive salary at $60k, with monthly bonus structure.

• 15 days of PTO after 6 months of hire date.
