JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the food industry, ensuring that our restaurant provides exceptional service and high-quality dining experiences. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for team management, maintaining food safety standards, and driving operational excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a management role within the food service or restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations.
  • Proficient in using POS systems and other restaurant management software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage restaurant staff, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling standards.
  • Train and develop staff in customer service, food preparation, and restaurant policies.
  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Utilize POS systems for tracking sales, managing reservations, and processing transactions.
  • Conduct interviews for new hires and participate in the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
