JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the food industry, ensuring that our restaurant provides exceptional service and high-quality dining experiences. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for team management, maintaining food safety standards, and driving operational excellence.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in a management role within the food service or restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations.
- Proficient in using POS systems and other restaurant management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage restaurant staff, fostering a positive team environment.
