ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Broadbeach location. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring consistent high standards of service and quality
  • Lead, train, and motivate both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
  • Create and manage staff rosters for optimal coverage and efficiency
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
  • Assist in implementing marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to drive sales
