We are looking for a Casual Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team at the American Express Stadium. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering outstanding dining experiences during matchdays, concerts, and large-scale events.
As a Casual Restaurant Manager, you’ll take ownership of one of our busy restaurants, leading a team of front-of-house staff to deliver seamless service.
From briefing the team and managing service flow, to ensuring the highest standards of food quality and customer care, you’ll be at the heart of the action.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house staff, ensuring everyone is briefed, supported, and ready to deliver exceptional service.
  • Manage service on event days, including overseeing table allocations, liaising with the kitchen, and ensuring smooth communication across the team.
  • Uphold the highest standards of food presentation, service, and guest experience.
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
  • Handle guest queries and resolve issues quickly and professionally.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in a busy hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team under pressure.
  • A passion for delivering first-class customer service and creating memorable experiences.
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days.
