What are we looking for?  

We are on the hunt for experienced Restaurant Managers with a seasoned background in running premium or fine dining restaurants, to lead, inspire and drive guest experience across our premium restaurant portfolio.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 2+ years in a managerial position within a fine dining or premium dining restaurant
• Proven experience in recruiting, training and developing a team 
• General knowledge of sequence of service, venue financials, rostering and team management.
• A passion for guest experience and creating memorable moments for our guests

Salary

• $75,000 - $100,000 + super - negotiable depending on experience.
