The Roles

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to

• Assisting with food and beverage preparation
• Provide feedback to owners on how to improve operations
• Ordering, Cost and Stock Management
• Rostering of staff
• Maintaining store cleanliness and hygiene
• Ensure smooth daily operations by developing and implementing procedures
• Ensure efficient flow of communication between kitchen and wait staff

The position Requires

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success within a similar role or work environment.

• Have a right to work in Australia
• Previous experience (at least 2 years) in a supervisory or management role within restaurant
• Must be fully available over a 7-day roster
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be a team player with excellent communication skills
• Highly organized and efficient
• Strong interpersonal skills
