Restaurant Manager – Job Advert
We are an independent town centre restaurant and wine bar, and wine shop that focuses on great fresh food, with our own twist. We have an extensive hand-picked wine list that is ever evolving.
As restaurant manager you will be responsible for leading the front of house team and ensuring the standards of service are upkept to an extremely high standard. A key part of your roll will be training and developing staff, providing them with the knowledge required to excel with in their job.

Necessary experience
We are looking for someone that has current management experience or someone that has supervisorial experience that feels they are ready to take the next step in their career.
You should have a solid foundation of food and drinks knowledge, however further training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Leading the front of house team
Key holder – securing the premises at the end of the night.
Stock ordering.
Staff scheduling
Working to budgets
Staff training
Recruitment
Ensuring that the businesses standards are met and exceeded
