OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced waiting staff to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing both front-of-house and back-of-house activities, ensuring that our team operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in restaurant role is essential ( min 3 years)
• Strong knowledge of food production, preparation techniques, and food safety regulations is required
• Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with staff and customers alike are crucial for success in this role.
