About the Role We are looking for a motivated and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our team on a full-time basis. You will play an integral part in the overall operation of the venue, focusing on building a positive culture and developing team members to deliver memorable experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a busy environment and loves making a guest's day.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach the team to deliver outstanding guest service
• Manage daily restaurant operations and uphold high operational standards
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Drive sales growth and manage costs to meet business objectives
• Ensure compliance with all restaurant policies, food safety, and RSA standards
• Maintain stock and inventory control, including purchase orders and reports

Requirements

• Previous management experience in a fast-paced food and beverage venue
• Outgoing, motivated, and reliable with a team-player attitude
• Energetic, guest-obsessed, and comfortable in a high-volume setting
• Strong communication skills and professional leadership presence
