Job Description The Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas elevates the brunch and dinner buffet experience with a feast of delectable options – including many made-to-order dishes – crafted by Executive Chef Craig Herber and his team of culinary experts. Among 16 tantalizing food kitchens, discover cuisine from around the world like fresh-made pastas, Latin dishes including authentic street tacos, Asian specialties like pristine sushi and wok-fried favorites, an eggs Benedict station and American classics including butcher-inspired, hand-carved cuts, smoky BBQ choices with all the fixings, premium seafood selections, chilled shrimp cocktail and an array of sides and salads, breads and cheeses. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: The Manager is responsible for operating the outlet efficiently within pre-established cost controls, managing, scheduling and training restaurant staff, monitoring staff performance, maintaining the department in accordance with Health Department standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction through application of outlet and Wynn Las Vegas service standards. Qualifications Requires prior experience in food & beverage cost control and a minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory/managerial position Experience in a high volume, fast pace setting, preferably in a high-volume/high-end restaurant environment Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and in a professional manner.
