SWOT Hospitality, a leading hotel management company specializing in the development and operation of high-end hospitality properties, is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in our new project The Fiction at Marousi, Key tasks and responsibilities: Leading day-to-day restaurant operation Improving restaurant's financial performance and guest satisfaction indicators Participating in food tasting and implementation of menus and wine lists Recruiting and assisting in the training of employees Evaluating employee performance Delivering excellent levels of customer service; responds to all guest requests and complaints Conducting accurate inventories monthly Overseeing storage and weekly orders Ensuring that health and safety standards are being met and that all employees work in a safe environment Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management Previous working experience in a similar position. Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language. A second language will be considered an asset. Positive attitude, hospitality oriented, passion for excellence Self-motivation, excitement and exceptional communication and team-building skills Experience in monitoring financial performance will be considered a plus Outstanding communication abilities, strong leadership, stress management and financial skills (budgeting, forecasting) Pleasant personality, passionate about the job and focused on providing high-quality results.
