JOB SUMMARY:

The Restaurant Manager leads the daily operations of the hotel’s signature restaurant. They are responsible for maintaining impeccable service standards, managing front-of-house operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring an extraordinary dining experience in line with The Grace Westport Estate vision.

GUEST EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT

• Deliver exceptional service by ensuring every guest interaction is personalised and memorable.
• Handle guest concerns and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
• Monitor guest feedback across platforms and dining review channels and resolve complaints in a timely manner.

COMPLIANCE & SAFETY

• Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations, liquor licensing laws, and hotel SOPs.
• Maintain accurate records for inspections, audits, and operational checklists.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• 3-5 years’ experience in restaurant management, ideally in a luxury or fine dining environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and POS systems.
• Wine and spirits knowledge; sommelier or mixology certification a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
