REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in restaurant management (Indian or Asian fusion experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
  • Experience with scheduling, POS systems, and inventory software
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Smart Serve certified (mandatory); Food Handler certification is a plus
  • Energetic, solution-oriented, and passionate about hospitality

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

  • The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, lead front and back-of-house teams, ensure top-tier guest service, manage scheduling, inventory, and drive team performance. This individual will serve as a key link between ownership, kitchen staff, and service teams—ensuring that standards, sales, and service goals are consistently met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and support staff across FOH and BOH teams at both locations
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards and respond to guest issues promptly
  • Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, and daily shift management
  • Monitor food and beverage inventory and coordinate with vendors for supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and team development
  • Work with the chef and ownership to implement menu updates and promotions
  • Analyze sales reports and suggest ideas to improve profitability
  • Ensure cleanliness, ambiance, and team readiness during all shifts
