The Hotel Windsor is an iconic Australian hotel embodying the architecture and elegance of a European style ‘Grand Hotel’, situated on Spring Street and located at the ‘Paris’ end of Melbourne. Our beautiful hotel is looking for a full time Restaurant Manager to join our team.
As the Hotel prepares for a dynamic and exciting future, you have the opportunity to share in this journey with us while working with and learning from some of the most experienced professionals in the industry.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years’ equivalent experience;
  • Ideal for an Assistant Manager ready to take the next step;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment;
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule;
  • Great communication and leadership skills;
  • Strong work ethic;
  • Highest standards of personal presentation;
  • Problem solving and time management skills;
  • Working knowledge of a hotel property system such as Micros and Opera.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to smoothly run the Restaurant operation;
  • Responsible for stock control, rostering, financial reporting;
  • Increasing the revenue generated from the outlet;
  • Ability to motivate and develop a Team;
  • Maintain high levels of guest service and a five star customer experience.
