Description

We have an exciting opportunity at the award winning Imperial Hotel. We are looking for an experienced, ambitious Restaurant Manager, to work in our 2 AA Rosette awarded Chantreys Restaurant. You will work alongside the Assistant Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Restaurant at all times. Duties include:

  • Effectively manage the team working within the restaurant and maintaining the two Rosette standards.
  • Oversee the day to day running of the department
  • Continuously look to improve standards and procedures within the department, whilst delivering exceptional customer service at all times
  • Ensure the training and development of all staff within the department
  • Help to ensure that appropriate standards are consistently maintained, through training and development
  • Liaise closely with the Chef to ensure effective communication and ensure excellent knowledge of menu dishes and training to team with menu tasting.
  • Increase customer service levels and understand the importance of high levels of customer service
  • Help achieve and maintain four-star AA standard

The role comes with a competitive and negotiable salary , dependant on experience.
PLEASE NOTE: The role requires you to work split shifts
