Experience:

• Hospitality management: 3 years (required

• Experience 4 years in fine dinning essential

• Problem solving on own accord a must

• Provides feedback, training and pre service briefings to the Team regularly.
• Sets high standards for appropriate team behaviour on shift
• Ability to handle pressure and busy periods.
