POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at The Zesty Lemon. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the food industry, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record of success in a managerial role. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the food service industry is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends or as best suited for the business at the time.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and point-of-sale systems.
  • A passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Hands-on experience in food preparation and kitchen operations is required.
