About Us

Three Restaurant Bar and Grill is an established restaurant located in Caloundra on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. Since 2015, we have built a strong reputation for quality food, friendly service and a relaxed dining experience.

We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager as well as a Chef/Cook to join our professional and friendly team.

RESTAURANT MANAGER

Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 + superannuation

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
2. Supervise, train and coordinate front-of-house staff
3. Prepare staff rosters and allocate duties
4. Maintain high standards of customer service
5. Manage stock levels, ordering and inventory
6. Liaise with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
7. Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints
8. Assist with functions, bookings and special events
9. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, WHS and liquor licensing requirements

Skills & Experience

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in restaurant, hospitality or food and beverage management
2. Diploma qualification or higher in Hospitality Management or a related field
3. Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills
4. Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
5. Ability to work in a busy restaurant environment
