JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Leads by example to demonstrate and reinforce with employees that the customer is top priority
• Responds to customers in a friendly manner with an appropriate sense of urgency
• Schedules employees to ensure optimal coverage at all times and fills in as required for various areas during busy periods to meet deadlines
• Maintains a productive and safe work environment in accordance with all Tim Horton’s operating, food safety, security, health and safety, and employment standards and applicable legislation
• Performs sales analysis, labor and throw out calculations on a daily basis
• Responsible for daily cash procedures and financial reporting
• Prepares product requirement orders for bakery items
• Maintains optimal inventory levels and proper yields from all products
• Supervises and manages performance of Storefront Employees, Production Employees, and Shift Supervisors to ensure all job duties and behaviors are aligned with store policies and applies progressive discipline where necessary
• Sets goals and objectives with employees and provides guidance and assistance as required
• Tracks and submits payroll information for all employees
