RESTAURANT MANAGER – MORNINGTON

Tio Tapas Y Vino is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at our Mornington venue. We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and a genuine love for hospitality.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous management experience in a busy restaurant or bar.
• Strong knowledge of bar operations and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to lead by example and inspire a team.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Current RSA certificate (essential).

• Recruit, train, and develop new staff members.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the front of house team to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, including bar and floor management.
• Handle and resolve staff conflicts professionally and fairly.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints with a calm and positive approach.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and workplace health & safety.
