JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. This role requires a hands-on approach to both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
  • Excellent supervisory skills with experience in team management and leadership.
  • Proficient in using POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for efficient operations.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations related to food handling.
  • Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff effectively.
  • Background in hospitality or hotel management is a plus.
