Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food service industry and exceptional leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including service, kitchen, and staff management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Train and develop staff to provide outstanding customer experiences
- Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting to optimize costs
- Implement and maintain restaurant policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Experience:
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality industry
- Strong background in shift management and banquet services
- Previous experience in restaurant management or as an assistant manager in a North Indian Restaurant
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
