WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As Restaurant Manager, you are ultimately responsible for the day-to-day operations of our location. You combine hospitality with entrepreneurial insight and know how to motivate your team every day to bring out the best in themselves.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the operational team
• Ensure an outstanding guest experience
• Achieve commercial targets and manage costs
• Train, coach and develop team members
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
