We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our operations and uphold the high standards of our brand. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in customer service, financial management, and a passion for Cantonese cuisine and culture.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management; experience in a Cantonese cuisine restaurant is an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of employees effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage financial records, analyze data, and create reports.
  • Valid Serving It Right Certificate and Food Safety Certificate
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse group of customers and employees.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, service quality, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure a positive and welcoming guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping, payroll, and inventory management.
  • Analyze financial data, monitor budgets, and prepare cash reconciliations, balance sheets, and cash reports to track profitability and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recruit, train, and develop employees, providing ongoing guidance to ensure consistent service standards.
  • Monitor staff performance and conduct regular evaluations to ensure operational standards and service quality are met.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing for supplies and equipment.
  • Plan and execute special events and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
