We’re now looking for a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team, delivering outstanding service and building a culture of excellence.

• Leading the day-to-day operations of the Garden House restaurant
• Managing, motivating, and developing the front-of-house team
• Ensuring smooth service across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events
• Overseeing reservations, guest relations, and service standards
• Monitoring budgets, labour, and KPIs to support commercial success
• Working closely with the Head Chef to align kitchen and service delivery
• Handling guest feedback and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement
• Recruiting, training, and developing new team members
