is currently seeking an individual to join our management team as a Restaurant Manager.
Within their hospitality career, the ideal candidates should have spent at least 2 years in a Supervisor or Jr Manager position, and had previous roles in either a server or bartender and with a strong knowledge/love of food and drink.
As Restaurant Manager, you will be working directly alongside the General Manager.
Working side by side to deliver the goals of the business and taking on the full responsibility of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager.

  Pay: $50,000.00-$57,500.00 per year

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Manage and train staff, including interviewing and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed, ensuring food handling and safety standards are met.
• Utilize POS systems to track sales and manage transactions efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation and presentation.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance the dining experience.
• Must be able to work a mix of days, weekends, holidays and late nights
• 40-45 Hour workweek
