The George Hotel is seeking experienced Restaurant Managers to join their team.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Coordinate and proactively manage the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts including front of house and back of house
• Coordination of bookings (including functions and events)
• Manage and motivate restaurant team
• Train new employee and provide ongoing training
• Stock purchasing and control.
• Support management to achieve targets and goals
• Ensuring safety, sanitation and security procedures
• Develop and implement restaurant policies
