Responsibilities

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of venue operations including team management, financial performance, and guest experience. You’ll set the standard on the floor, lead from the front, and bring energy to the busiest nights of the week Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Venue Manager, or Assistant Manager in a high-volume casual dining or hospitality environment.
  • Strong operational skills, including labour management, cost control, and budgeting.
  • A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys motivating large teams.
  • Guest-focused, with a genuine passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Holds a current RSA certification and full working rights in Australia.
